We purchased an LG washer/dryer stack for our cabin. Vivek was a pleasure to deal with over the phone and by email. The delivery and haul away all went very smoothly, as we had to arrange for someone to be there. The truck arrived within the given timeframe which was really appreciated.

After visiting several appliance retailers in Kelowna looking for a suitable microwave oven, we visited Trail Appliances. The service was excellent -far above any other retailer! Chris was fully knowledgeable of his product line and listened carefully to what we were looking for. And the showroom was in very good shape and well displayed.
We purchased a LG fridge with the help of Tracey. Tracey was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Tracey told us that this LG fridge would take 3 weeks to come in and it arrived on time. We have purchased many appliances thru the Kelowna store over the years and have always had a good experience.
