I went in to Kelowna cell repair thinking I needed a new speaker on my iPhone XS Max since I couldn’t understand people on the phone anymore. Instead of repairing it they first tried a quick clean and that did resolve the issue. So instead of taking my money for a repair they just did a quick clean for me and everything works fine again. Very friendly staff and would definitely return if I would have any other issues with my phone.
I brought in my phone and got a free estimate, the turnaround was same day and they were upfront about the fact I might be able to fix it myself, I didn't pay anything. When the fix they recommended I try myself didn't work, I brought it in again and although my phone was past repair they did not charge me anything to look at it a second time. Amazing service would recommend this business to anyone. Super friendly and professional, no hidden fees, very upfront and honest. Will be coming here again for any issues with my new phone.
Good quick service with a good price. However I wasn't happy with the reassembly of my phone. I took it there because I didn't have my tools with me to fix it myself. My work is better. I wouldn't have given a phone back to a customer and feel comfortable with the work.
Jamie really new what he was doing. Fixed my phone, his price was more than fair, and his service was very personable. For a cell phone repair shop it felt more like a mom and pop family business. In todays world that is hard to find. I will always go back to Kelowna Cell repair because of there staff, honest business and supporting local. Great work guys.
