Professional and friendly service. I had my car in to have the leather seats restored, and they turned out great. I’m really pleased with the result considering the age of the seats. Highly recommended.
Can't say enough good things about Steve and his team at Fibrenew. Thought my tufted leather couch was done for, but for a very reasonable price Steve's team made it look brand new. I am completely satisfied with the results.
They did an amazing job. The couch looks wonderful. The gentleman was very kind, and fast working. I would fully recommend them to anyone needing leather repair. The only thing I suggesst is making sure you place your own drop clothes around the area if coming into your home. No one mentioned to us to do this so it wasn't even a thought. The worker did put stuff down however sadly we have paint on our carpet and hardwood flooring as well as a box that wasn't anywhere near the area. Mistakes happen so its ok but just something to keep in mind for anyone else.

Prompt, professional, courteous & outstanding service by Steve. I had burns on my brand new couch from some sparklers, it was very obvious against the light grey texture. Called fibrenew and Steve was able to make a service call within the following day. The couch looks like it was just unboxed, couldnt even show my SO where the burn originally was. I wasnt sure of any good repair/upholstery services in kelowna, so I am very happy to have found Steve and his company. I will be reccomending steve to everyone I know. 10/10, thank you a million times over!
