Excellent customer service -- I worked with a salesperson named Rider to find the perfect mesh, high back chair. Rider was great at figuring out what I was after by asking good questions, their reception was super friendly, their shipping and receiving was super friendly... I'll definitely be checking back here first for any office furniture. I did a fair bit of shopping around for chairs before I came into the store and I would also say that their pricing is right on par with everyone else as well (e.g. Staples) but they carry much larger selection and higher quality pieces depending on what you're after.
Overall experience was great but I wasn't impressed with pushing other companies on me when I'm happy with my current service provider. I just want to shop, go....regular conversation is good but pushing another company on me is not ok. Hence why not a perfect score.
Friendly staff, sometimes unknowledgeable but you can't expect someone to know everything. Always a great experience!
