I had been looking for a new phone for about a month and stopped in at the Mobil Shop while grocery shopping. Hammy helped me and gave me quotes for a new plan and a new new phone. I wasn't happy with the price so he said he would call me if any of the pricing changed. To my surprise, he called me, TWICE, to tell me about promotions that were on. So, I finally decided to get a new phone and the day I did, he was working by himself. There were lots of people going in and out of the tiny shop while he was trying to activate my new plan. He was so patient with me and everyone else. He is a hard working employee and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I will continue to recommend the Mobil Shop to my friends and family. Wrong advertising in store and shop manager giving wrong info to sell his phones
Paras and Marley were great. They took care of my every question and helped me change providers to get the best deal. This is the second phone we've purchased with them.
I hate the Huawei p20 pro I was talked into from switching from Apple. It doesn't sync or work with any of my wireless components at home or remotely. I find it is a pain to do simple tasks compared to iPhone. I was talked into going with this from rep but he didn't tell me there were other color choices. The rep put me on a high plan. I hate android and wish the rep had asked more about what my needs were, despite my advising, rather than push a phone that was a big incentive for him. I don't feel happy with being left in the dust after my convos/attempts to rep, nor do I feel my needs were addressed or met. I believe the rep cared at first but moved on. I'm not sure if I can blame him completely but I blame lack of qualifying and inquiry to determine solution. Therefore, I would not recommend. I'm stuck with a plan and phone I hate.
