Initially my experience was okay, there were some setbacks in terms of timeline because of equipment failure. I hired them to remove and tree and stump from my front yard for safety and as a requirement for my renovation/addition to my home. The tree came down in July and its now the middle of September and the stump is still in my yard. I have called nearly every day for 3 weeks with no response. I've stopped in at the listed address and they are not located there. Im not sure what to do and I have a renovation that needs to move forward. Oh, I was also invoiced for the portion of the job completed...when the job was the whole thing from the start. Not two portions. Can someone get in touch with me finally. I'm sure I am on your voicemail at least a dozen times.
My experience with this company was excellent. They were extremely professional at all times and did an amazing job trimming my large cedars that surround my property. This was not an easy job but they made it look very easy. My cedars have never looked so good and we thought they were maybe even beyond saving. Now they look beautiful. Amazing service and everyone we dealt with was professional, communicated well with us and made sure we were happy. The clean up they did after the job was very, very impressive for such a large job. Would highly recommend.
Thanks to the City of Kelowna for contracting with this very PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! For the past 24 years the sunburst locust trees on Fuller Avenue (700-900 block) were trimmed by the City. This year the Davey Tree Company were contracted to do a major pruning job. The trees now look amazing. The dead wood was removed, broken branches trimmed, the entire tree shaped, and the whole opened up as it should be. I believe the operator is a professionally trained arborist, and what a difference that makes. In addition, the 2 man crew were friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to talk to. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to be assured of a first-class job and experience.
