Wow! can I give this guy 6 stars? Was some of the best service I have had for any business. Not only did he do a great job, he communicated what he felt we need to do, what we could do for optional work, and ensured we understood what each service meant in both costs, time and long term goals. I highly recommend him, I wish I had a before pic, but I only snapped one of the completed work. Thanks Acorn!!
We have (had now) a lot of stumps in our yard and it was such a relief to get them handled. Service was amazing, the job was done quickly and was a very great price for us with how many stumps we had handled (five or so!). Really reccomend this business to anyone if you want someone whose all around great: great service, great professionalism, great price! Will definitely hire them for future work.
Mac at Acorn Urban Forestry is amazing! He is very friendly and professional. Did an amazing job bringing our cedars back to life. He also made quick work of our tree removal in the back yard. 5/5 for service, response, & price. I would recommend him for any projects and long term maintenance.
I've dealt with a lot of "contractors" since my move to the Okanagan. Mac was the most polite, always on time, friendly and efficient of them all. He removed my cedar hedges quickly, hauled away all the debris and even tackled an overgrown, dying, Queen's Anne Lace. He's very knowledgeable and even taught me a few things about how to care for my trees. I'm definitely having him come back in the fall to do some pruning. Great guy, great work ethic and a job very well done! 10 stars if I could!
Excellent service! After calling a few places and not getting any response I was so relieved when I was referred to Mac. He was so accommodating and able to help us with removing a big larch from our yard and trimming the hedges around the front of our property. I really appreciate how thorough he was and how careful he was collecting all the yard waste. I will definitely be using Acorn for all of our tree and hedge needs in the future.
