Other than the cost it's exemplary. Clean and quick with excellent service. I'd give it a 4 because of cost but going with a 5 because of the mask enforcement protecting staff and patrons. Leaders.
Coffee is good, but if you walk in and order it'll take forever to get your coffee. Drive through and phone orders take priority. If I'm going to enjoy a coffee this isn't the place I'd choose, but it's not terrible. The staff are good about the chaos though.
Pretty upsetting they are the ONLY location that I have issues with in my city…. Bad service, messing up the drinks and then I could be the only one inside and I’m still waiting nearly ten minutes. My experience today was so bad that I will never be returning back to this location again
Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. I go to Starbucks everyday however in my last experience in this store makes me never want to go to another Starbucks ever again. I went in to grab my regular order and their debit machine would not accept my card. I noticed tge debit machines are not clean and cannot read tap when they become caked in grease from other peoples hands. It took almost 8 trys and two debit machines later for my card to be accepted because tge debit machines have not been wiped down after copious amounts if customers use them. I do not think it is Covid safe. The lady working till was extremely rude and sited policy to me embarrassing me in front of a lineup of customers. When I left tge store I was shaking horrified by tge subpar standards and the way I was treated. I will never go back... thanks to the lady working the till I will never enter this location ever again I hope the district manager does something about you and your lack of customer service skills .
