Just had the best experience. Super friendly staff. One lady helped me out with a product that is discontinued and truly made my day! The location is nice and they have a patio to sit on. Perfect for a morning coffee. If you're ever visiting Kelowna, be sure to pop in and take a break here!
We love to bike from downtown to this Starbucks on Lakeshore. Perfect distance and destination to enjoy a coffee after our ride and before our return. Friendly accommodating baristas are also appreciated!
Wonderful service. Remade our drinks so that we were satisfied. Definitely recommending this Starbucks. Really great staff!
Only reason why I'm giving two stars is because I've only visited this location once. Orderd my drink, cashier was lovely. I watched the barista making a drink that looked like it might be mine but there is multiple ppl waiting on drinks, plus mobile orders, so it must not be mine as mine is called for almond milk and I saw him put 2%, then whip cream, ok def not mine, I asked for no whip. Then he slides the drink over & calls my name. Echem, ok, let me check the sticker, maybe it was punched in incorrectly, nope. It literally says almond milk and no whip. So I brought the mistake to his attention, and I was dumbfounded at his response. "Oh yeah, I forgot the almond milk, I can just scoop off the whip cream from on the top. Is that ok?".... Huh? There is also whip on the bottom as well.... I explained to him that gassed whip cream gives me extreme gastrointestinal upset and I despise the taste of cow milk. He did remake the drink, but of course very shoddily, it was so watered down. I'm still confused as to why an employee would think that a patron paying an additional charge for almond milk and asks for no whip would be satisfied taking a drink without the milk they paid for and the whip they very clearly didn't want. I might give this location a second chance, but it will be quite a while before I do.
