Great caramel frappuccino. Seemed like good service, at least what you would expect from your average Starbucks. The only downside was the speed of service inside seemed to have been reduced by the number of mobile and drive thru orders.
It's true, knowledgeable staff, I asked a question in Drive Thru and she answered right away, went up to the pick up window and surprise, surprise they weren't holding a clipboard trying to work on 8 other side work tasks. Starbucks, stop over working these kids, if you keep raising the price, $3 a coffee won't be worth it, if all you get is some over worked kid with a clipboard who can't even give you finish the order..don't become McDonald's. Or I actually will start going there for my cheaper, faster coffee.
