Me and a friend ordered a drink each, 3 people in front of us, all ordered drinks, no food. Had to wait 15 minutes for two coffees.
When the girl was taking my order she was very sassy and had an attitude…. I’m not sure why she was acting this way towards me. I didn’t feel welcome at all. Also they made my order wrong but also I believe the gentleman that made it was a new hire so it’s okay. I know this is just my two cents but it still made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable as to how she was looking at me and taking my order. I work in customer service and we too are short staffed but that’s no excuse to not be a nice human and treat a customer with an attitude. Like I get it, you’re in a mood this morning but no need to act like that towards any customer. I won’t be coming here unless I have to.
I wish I could post a picture of my drink. I come to this store pretty much every day before work. Wonderful customer service and it’s never bad. Except this one time it seems. I have curds in my coffee. Which it has NEVER looked like this before after even leaving most of it my whole 12 hour shift. I thought they were good about using fresher product. But this is gross. I don’t even want to drink my venti sized coffee because of the floaties I have at the top of it. Never had that in my drink before so I’m very very sure this is not supposed to happen.
