Kind of hard to find anything right now as it's currently under renovation and goods are scattered all over the place. Hey at least they remained open during the renovation. So overall not bad. Kinda curious what the final store layout will look like after the renovation is complete.
I have been shopping from kelowna sports chek from last six years. The customer service rep named AUSTIN was rude and racist. When I brought my shoes to counter. He just started laughing at me for no reason and walked away. When i asked him why are you laughing he had said “ I don’t know how to help you” Then, Head cashier ZACK came ahead helped in nice way. I really wish it was possible to give zero stars !! THE RUDEST staff member I ever met!
danielle helped me find volleyball shoes & she was amazing and her assistance was wonderful. super friendly staff over all in the whole store :-)
