Max is great! We were looking for a bunch of new equipment and Max was super helpful and knowledgeable on every single item. He was very patient with us and probably spent about an hour going through details on the different products. This is someone who loves what he does!
Tristan was so helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He spent time with me to make sure my new pack was properly fitted. This was so appreciated as I have struggled with shoulder and neck issues and have worried about this purchase. So excited about my new Osprey backpack! Thank you Tristan.
Enjoyable store. Easy to browse, with a good selection of products and helpful staff. Personally, I would rather the staff was more hands off, as the amount of times they checked in came across pushy. Otherwise, everything was great.
Limited stock due to size of the store. Very good customer service skill, especially Hannah. She was very caring and patient :)
While in store shopping the customer service is good. Their website is horrendous at accurately depicting current inventory levels. On multiple occasions it has shown to be in stock and I show up to find the store employees can’t find it. Has also happened on online order, where multiple items have been processed only to get an email days later saying one item has shipped and another item has been cancelled. Email is sent too late to cancel the remaining order. Will avoid store at all cost now.
