Wow! Living in Vancouver I thought to know what a MEC should be like. Boy was I wrong. Lately Vancouver Stores were almost empty excusing the lack of stuff with COVID. But Kelowna? Fully stacked and a huge selection on top. It was absolutely great. We found stuff there we never were able to get in Vancouver. Thanks MEC Kelowna! Love it!
They don't take returns and cashiers fail to let customers know that some items are final sale. My sister purchased wrong bear flare for me. She was actually supposed to get bear banger and got a flare instead. It was never opened nor used. Now I am not able to return it. Manager told me I had to read website and advised me to sell it on marketplace. Very unprofessional!
Firstly...after all this time..a "customer" wants to shop with his shirt cover as a mask ... must be great to live in the bush for the past 5 years... dont make the great team at MEC teach courtesy and respect... as they are excellent at knowledge and customer service! Let them shine and shop with intelligence!
