Hi, I am traveling through BC when I experienced a shifting problem with my 2005 Honda vtx 1800 in Kelowna. I brought it to the guys at Redline Cycle in West Kelowna. They took me in right away and had me back on the road in one hour. Yes, it was a small repair but one I was unable to perform myself . They did a thorough job of discovery, fixed what needed to be fixed, and then went beyond with an inspection that gave me a high level of confidence when I left the shop. Never used their service at the shop, yet. Saddens me to see some few negative replies which are definitely one sided and biased from people with little to no knowledge but lots of hate. I have contacted Ryan multiple times for advise buying my first bike yet he was always helpful and nice about it given it's for free, so I don't see how he's going to be any different when I actually use their services.
