I have been here several times and the staff are always super friendly and talkative. I could tell most of them were mountain bikers themselves. Really good vibes. They don't seem to mind when I drop in every other week asking if they have any 12 speed chains in stock. Those chains are very hard to come by nowadays but other bike shops seem annoyed when I ask.

And when I found the right one, Martin so graciously installed it for me on the spot. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend!!
Through the years, we have received consistently outstanding service and support with Fresh Air in Kelowna. From the knowledgeable sales staff, techs, bike fit and the latest rigs on the floor we have never been disappointed. Most recently we used home pick-up and drop off for a bicycle repair. I recently bought a Trek Domane SL7 from this shop and was an excellent experience there. I am not a local from the area and they went out of their way to have the bike fitted to me and that everything was running good before I left. I later discovered a vibration through the peddles while I was riding and when I took the bike back they got it in right away within a 1\2 hour and was fixed within an hour of me arriving at the store. I found them to be very knowledgeable and a easy to deal with. I recommend this store to anyone.
