I would like to thank Travis for his excellent service. I was in M&M many times trying to decide if I should trade in my Roadmaster . After a half dozen visits or more I finally decided on the Challenger. Unfortunately they didn’t have a red one like I wanted in stock. Lucky for me Kyle was able to find a red one still in a crate in Saskatoon. They had it shipped out in record time and in just over a week I had my Challenger. Love my new ride. Thank you for the superior service. I will highly recommend my friends and family to go to M&M to see Travis, Kyle and their team. They go above and beyond to get things done.
I have known Nick and Kyle from there Sea to Sky days 2010. I was impressed with how they treated there customers then. When they went on there own I followed them to Kelowna. They are honest and straight up family oriented fellows. I have bought 5 SXS, parts and services from them and always treated very well. I travel from the coast for my services with them because of that trust and friendship. I have sent many friends and family there way everyone has been impressed with Nick and Kyle. Owen at M and M performance my local Triumph dealer was amazing! You can tell he has a passion for riding. Just the right balance of product info and selling that so many sales people miss. Was looking for an Indian Scout bobber and none in-stock in Alberta. They had one available. Messaged them via their website chat/text. Talked to Owen from Sales and Dave from finance. Both had excellent customer service. I was able to get the payments I wanted and Owen took care of all the delivery work for me. Now I’m just waiting for delivery. These guys answered all my questions and treated me as a very good customer even if I was in another province. I work in customer service for 20 years and this guys know how to take care of a customer.
