Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, encouraged us to try on the gear/helmets. As for sales Jeff Kumagai was very helpful and worked hard to get me out the door on the bike I fell in love with. Great selection of all brands under one roof if you're not sure what you're looking for. Definitely going back for another purchase in the future!
AMAZING!! Some of my fond memories were made here with my father. My dad used to take me to go see the dirt bikes, and we would love to go check out the gear together. The employees are so kind its not even funny. I wish the best for these people, wish i worked there lol.
My boys and I went in to this dealership because my son was shopping for new riding boots. I was chatting with Colin, one of the sales team, and was asking about the new BMW R18. He asked if we would like to take it for a demo ride. Long story short, we took the bike out for a couple of hours and had a fantastic ride along the lake. Was worried when we lost our BMW service/dealer last year in Westbank. Was not sure how the Honda dealership would transition into taking on BMW.. but thought better than going down to Vancouver.. Well.. what a pleasant surprise! They are doing an outstanding job! Much more on the level of what I would expect from a BMW dealership/service... I had taken my K1200s in for a factory recall (yes they did back to my '08) and had a several concerns checked at the same time. So Very impressed with the service I received , pleasant , professional and showed genuine interest in what I had to ask , have them check.. and was kept informed through the process. Indeed, an asset to BMW .. so glad they are here.. Thanks !
