I have been dealing with “Darren” at Kelowna Yamaha Marine since I bought my boat. He is ultra helpful, professional and an all round excellent representative for this outfit. I’ve also had excellent service from other staff. It is so refreshing finding a place with such positive employees. Highly recommended.

Kevin was awesome. He made sure the bike I wanted to test drive was ready to go. When I decided I was going to purchase her he got the paperwork done quickly and when the financing was in place she was ready to go! Kevin made sure he gave me super advice on the first few thousand kms and what to watch for. Great service, comfortable with no pressure sales. I couldn't be happier. Not my first bike purchase in Kelowna but my first with Yamaha. Would definitely return in the future for my first lookie loo!
The fella who worked on my boat did a good job and a nice guy. Sure appreciate an honest boat place that doesn't gouge for labour. If it's an hour and 15 minutes that's what you charge or if it's an hour and 45min that's what you charge. I've ran a boat for 15 years and you guys are the only ones I feel are honest. From Mike the manager, to Graham who texted me the day after to ensure I was happy, to the service desk to the mechanic that worked on it and even the guy on the forklift yesterday are just a solid bunch. I'm glad I sent my other friend there with the red and white bass boat who had a mess that you guys fixed. I spoke with him yesterday on the phone after picking my boat up. He was glad I recommended you guys. I like this shop and my dad used to own a motorcycle shop in salmon arm called the wheeler before he passed, it kinda feels like that in there so keep up the honest work. Small things were fixed yesterday but it gives me a lot of trust if something major happened. Appreciate your whole crew
