Great service. I bought a used SV650 from a Burnaby Kawasaki dealer. It had the Suzuki Protection Plan, but I couldn't get anyone in the lower mainland to help me transfer the warrantee over. Suzuki Canada referred me to an insurance company down in the USA. The Protection Plan wasn't with them. After phoning Bby Kawasaki back, they recommended calling Valley Moto Sport, "because they're awesome." I did and in a matter of about ten minutes, Jody in service transferred my warrantee over to my name. After all the hassles I'd been through with two other Suzuki dealers, Suzuki Canada and the insurance company in the USA, I was very pleased to have this fixed up so easily. Thank you Jody.
They sold me a helmet that didn't fit perfectly but other than that, service has been great.
Just dropped in to look at bike accessories.. I bought a ride jacket, gloves and a helmut. Robyn, the sales person for accessories knows her products and the prices were reasonable. I totally recommend this place!
Amazing staff and selection of motorcycles and gear. The guys at the parts and service counter are always super helpful with acquiring replacement parts for the stuff you broke on last weekend's ride. It's way too common a thing, where we order stuff online for the convenience, or to save a couple bucks. But every time I go in Danny often gets me things cheaper and faster, and I get to support a local business in the process. So keep that in mind if you have a cart full on Fortnine or Rocky Mountain.
