Frank and Laurie run a very good auto service. We are very fortunate to have the business in our area. I had my tires replaced and a wheel alignment done on time and at a price that was better than the big shops in Kelowna and Penticton. The service was explained in detail and Frank showed both knowledge and a real concern that my vehicle and tires were fixed properly. Great service that can be trusted.

I just want to thank this business for being good and genuine and for helping me out on my way up to Kelowna. My car was making a scraping sound while I was coming up on the highway. I pulled over, but couldn't see what was wrong. I called Lakeside Autocare and explained my issue, they told me they were full, but that they would eyeball it real quick for me anyways. Which, let me tell you, I am so grateful for! They noticed that one of the covers under the front of the car had come loose, and was scraping on the ground as I drove. They replaced the missing screws and had me fixed up and ready to go in like.. under 15 minutes. Honestly, I appreciate it so much, I am just starting my vacation and I might have called 10 shops before I found someone willing to help me out. Everyone is full for/before the long weekend! This was a HUGE relief to me, especially since I am a female travelling alone. So thank you my friends, and I'll be seeing you again if I need anything up here for my car. I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.
