Very friendly and courteous staff. They did a very thorough eye exam, there were plenty of test but the staff member who took care of me was extremely patiente and explained all the process in detail. Dr Sklapski then took the time to explain the results and answer all my questions. Thank you!

Dr. Katelyn Simair has a very distinct way about her that completely put my elderly Mom at ease. The occasion was a routine eye exam but not one that will be soon forgotten. Katelyn was kind, compassionate and respectful and I think my Mom actually enjoyed the examination process. The other remarkable thing was that she noticed my Mom was on two identical supplements. I since followed up with the specialist and the mistake was corrected. I would have never known without Katelyn bringing to my attention. Well done. Such a great experience from the moment I walked in. Riley was very helpful in setting up an emergency appointment for me. Dr. Valgardson is very thorough and took the time to allow me to ask questions. Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend Glenmore Optometry.
