I had a wonderful experience with my eye check-up but the service to connect them post-check-up is worse. I tried to connect them using a registered phone number and email. On communication, you should work because two days of waiting means two days without eyes for the customer. I am disappointed that I am getting a response on my google review within 3 hrs but waited for almost 2 days for the email response. Overall 3 stars for my experience.
Very thorough. Very empathetic. Very knowledgable. What else can you possibly ask for from an optometrist? I will never go anywhere else. And they direct bill you insurer!!
Overall my first experience at the optometry was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I had a through eye exam. Everyone took the time to explain what they were doing. Answered all of my questions.
