Our interaction with Okanagan Dermatology Clinic has been out of this world. In today's climate of difficult/impossible physician bookings, my family's experience here was the polar opposite. Prompt, friendly and on-point service. Okanagan Dermatology has somehow figured out that just because demand is high and you hold an esteemed position in society doesn't mean you have to throw customer service out the window. I've been in health care for more than 25 years. I can attest that this model they have going is impressive. Almost too good to be true - but it really did happen! Go figure, it's bound to make health outcomes way better.
Dr. Nathan and Nurse Suzette are top notch. So happy to find a dermatologist in the Valley. I have a family history of skin cancer so need to have regular checkups Dr. Nathan was very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. They also offer a wide range of other treatments. I treated myself to some Botox and filler. ????
Was not happy with my experience here and would not recommend. Was told I would need to be in the clinic for the consult as the dr would like to examine me. I took the day off work unpaid and drove two hours to get to the clinic as this is a serious issue for me. The first thing the doc does is answer his phone… then dismisses my mental health and does not even examine me. The apt could have been done over the phone and I did not have to miss out on a day of pay and wasted time. Currently been waiting 4 days for them to send a prescription that I may or may not take because he told me I could lose my mind. Mental health is important to me so for him to dismiss it is very unprofessional and rude. Getting a second opinion absolutely
I had an appointment with Dr TeeGee last week and feel we are so very lucky to have a Dermatologist of his skill level in the Okanagan. I have several skin care issues that he addressed and corrected. I would highly recommend Dr. TeeGee.
This clinic and Dr. Teegee were prompt, efficient and knowledgable with the questions I had about my skin. The MOA was courteous when I arrived and directed me to the room without delay. The clinic was bright, clean and tidy and furnished with sleek modern decor. Although I cannot remember the name, Dr. Teegee helped me understand what his laser and it's capabilities were.
