The staff was so friendly and informative. Carien guided me through the whole process and always made sure I was comfortable. It’s a lovely atmosphere and a pleasant experience overall. I will definitely be back :)
When you arrive at the office it is clean, beautiful and calming. The assistant at the front desk was very friendly & engaging. We talked about skiing & great places to visit around Kelowna. The assistant that came to take me into the room for my procedure was super friendly & makes you feel comfortable. Dr Crippen always does an amazing job of my procedures, he is also very friendly but professional.The entire experience from start to finish makes you feel like you are important & they appreciate your business. Great job team!

I had a consultation with Carien, the skin care specialist because I wanted to upgrade my skin care products. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very patient with me, answering all my questions. I also called the clinic a few times and Gloria the receptionist was always nice and helpful. The clinic looks clean and modern. I had a positive experience with DermMedica.
