Dr mandy wow ! she is fabulous so kind and soft spoken and was very reassuring about my procedure. Her assistant Kelly what a lovely and personable lady. 99 percent of Dr mandy's staff are so awesome and then there is the receptionist, she needs some work! The first impression is always what people remember the most. I would highly recommend she might do some schooling on how not to be so arrogant and condescending! After all that being said, I would highly recommend the Doc to anyone!!!!
Dr Wong is kind and so is Kelly, the assistant. My negative experience wasn’t how we were treated. It was a matter of being given the impression that their laser / IPL would most likely work for my son’s redness on the face. After doing my own research, Unfortunately AFTER spending $800 on 4 laser treatments here, I feel I should’ve been advised that a different laser (vbeam, which they don’t have) would’ve been more effective.
Great Staff, Doctor Wong is absolutely incredible as well as the rest of her staff. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent care, fantastic results! I have been going there for the past six years and I always feel I am in the most capable care. As well a beautiful and comfortable space. Thank you Dr Wong and staff!
